Mock Interview Day: Thursday, March 26, 2026
Mock Interview Day provides high school juniors and seniors with authentic, one-on-one interview practice led by professionals from the community, helping students prepare for internships, employment, and postsecondary opportunities.
During short, structured interviews, volunteers review student resumes, ask interview-style questions, and offer constructive, individualized feedback. Conversations focus on resume preparation, communication skills, professionalism, and overall readiness, giving students the opportunity to practice articulating their experiences, strengths, and career interests in a supportive, low-pressure setting.
The event takes place at the Elkhart Area Career Center and serves students across a wide range of career programs. Volunteers may interview multiple students throughout the session, providing broad impact while also having the opportunity to identify potential interns or future employees and strengthen connections to EACC’s emerging talent pipeline.
Mock Interview Day will have a morning session (8:30–10:45 AM) and afternoon session (12:15–2:30 PM). Participants can register for either or both sessions.
