The growth and success of EACC students is supported by strong partnerships with local businesses. Throughout the year, partners engage with students through employability panels, classroom discussions, workplace tours, internships, mock interviews, and the annual career fair.

Business partners are also invited to serve on EACC’s Advisory Boards—a collaborative group of local employers, postsecondary institutions, and EACC staff. These boards meet twice per year to review program content and curriculum, helping ensure students gain relevant, practical skills that align with current workforce needs.

In addition, business partners provide vital support through internship placements, job shadow opportunities, mentoring, and more.
